John McLaren, the president and founder of McLaren & Associates, is a seasoned veteran of the insurance industry.
Early in his career, John pursued a corporate path, holding several senior-level positions, including a leadership role at a major insurance carrier. He later transitioned into field sales, where he spent several years building a high-performing marketing team and developing innovative educational, promotional, and sales programs tailored to the organization’s unique needs.
Returning to his core strength, building personal relationships, John founded McLaren & Associates, an independent brokerage that specializes in customized insurance solutions designed to reflect each client’s business goals and personal lifestyle.
Outside of work, John enjoys the outdoors, has competed in Ironman and other triathlon events, and especially values traveling with his family.
